Dawn is an experienced community development practitioner with health, governance, economic justice and extractives industry expertise. This has seen Dawn working across Africa, Asia, Australia and more recently, the Pacific, with a strong interest in outcomes related to strengthened governance at all levels, community agency and the role of civil society. Coupled with this, Dawn is a long standing Board Director with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation management industry.
